Cancellation Policy
All our products are custom ordered for our valuable customers.
As soon as the order is placed, we initiate the sequence of events which
ultimately results in you receiving product of your choice. Since all our
products are custom ordered, at the very beginning at this sequence
MyPriceforyou.com and its respective customer become financially obligated
to purchase and pay for the ordered product,cancellation of your order will cost a
3% processing charge of the total order. We at MyPriceforyou.com try to
remain the most customer friendly furniture website on the internet and will
attempt to assist you in cancellation of your order. We will contact the
manufacturer and make all the necessary arrangements, but, unfortunately
even we are not able to cancel any orders which have been already prepared
for shipment or actually shipped by the manufacturer. Please, note that even
if the tracking number is not available to us or you at the time you request
cancellation of your order, it might actually be
already too late. We will contact you immediately after the manufacturer
advises us of whether we can cancel your order or not.
If the order has arrived but you do not want to accept it for any reason you have 2 days after delivery to declare it. Please call us at 862-368-7428 immediately and we will arrange the pick up. No orders will be accepted back without prior authorization by MyPriceforyou.com. The refund for your order in the full amount of your order less all delivery charges and a 25% restocking fee to accept the return of the item by the manufacturer will be processed to you after the item is received back by the warehouse.Minor typographical errors do not recieve refunds.
Occasionally some items are sold and advertised as "Free delivery" items as part of a promotion, or a discounted shipping was offered (whether or not the customer was made aware of the shipping discount at the time of purchase) the delivery costs are always incorporated in the price of our items and will be taken into the account when the refund for such item is processed. After request for such return is fully processed, email with all the costs involved will be sent to you. Please, do not assemble the furniture that you might be returning since furniture assembled by customer cannot be accepted under any circumstances.
All returned products must be in original condition and packaging; otherwise, additional charges may be applied. Additionally, certain products cannot be returned because neither we nor our suppliers can take them back. MyPriceforyou.com only contracts professional delivery and trucking companies are contracted to deliver the order, unfortunately, accidents damaging your ordered items may occur. While this happens extremely rarely, we do ask our customers to thoroughly inspect the merchandise at the time of arrival and note all comments on damage in their entirety on the bill of lading. Customer is also asked to photograph the damages, call us when this occurs at 862-368-7428 and e-mail the photographs of damages to sales@mypriceforyou.com within 5 business days of delivery. If the damages are not promptly and fully noted and reported, we might not be able to assist customer with later claims. We reserve the right to repair furniture in customer’s home or accept return for repair and/or replacement. Regretfully, we can only authorize full refund in the rare event when we are unable to repair or replace the item. We also expect our customers to accept delivery appointment for any repairs or replacement furniture to complete the order process.
Delivery Charge
Professional delivery and trucking companies are contracted to deliver your order for $49.99 per.item local delivery only All Free Shipping Items are Drop Ship only. In Side Delivers are $49.99 2nd floor limit , within sections of the map, all other deliverys must call call 862-368-7428 for a price and some items may need to be assembled .
Colors Policy
We can not guarantee that the color on the picture of the ordered item would 100% match with the actual color of the furniture. There are reasons beyond our power for that: 1. We have pictures from very different factories, i.e. sources. All pictures are made by different photographers at different times. Some pictures are more bright, some slightly lack color in some channel, etc. In practice that means colors may differ. 2. Pictures look different on different computers. Every monitor is adjusted the own way. Older monitors give darker and warmer picture. 3. If color on the image and color in description seem like different to you it is better to believe color descriptions, than colors that you see on the picture (like if you see cherish with little red, and item descriptions says 'cherry', that would mean the actual color would be cherry). 4. We are relying on pictures and digital images provided by our suppliers. We can not accept any returns or exchanges based color issues.
