Remember to always look for the s to let you know its secure and your information is being heavily encrypted.
QUESTION: How can I be sure that this is not a scam and that you won't just take my money and leave me empty handed?

Yes this is a feature on ALL major credit cards and checking cards. Don't take my word for it call the customer service number on the back of your credit card right now and verify what you just read. This also goes for payments you make with using PayPal, Google Checkout, or any third party payment company where the funds are sourced from your Credit or checking card.
QUESTION: Do you guys offer free removal of my old appliances or furniture?
ANSWER: No there is a removal charge depending on the difficulty of the removal give us a call for details.
QUESTION: Is installation included in the cost of delivery?
ANSWER: Installation is not typically free but 9 out of 10 times we will install your appliances free of charge as long as you have all the proper connections, and hook ups already in place. We do not provide you with a 220volt power plug. Furniture items may require some assembly.
QUESTION: What if something goes wrong with a product I ordered from you guys?
ANSWER: Just email or call us with your concerns or problems, we will take care of you. Used appliances come with a 30 day worry free guarantee and new appliances have a 1 year guarantee, additional warranty time can be purchased on some used appliances. 30 day guarantee does not cover the operation of ice makers, or water dispensers. We do not gaurantee the function of ice makers or water dispensers.9 out of 10 times ice makers and water dispensers work perfectly. The used appliance guarantee does not cover cosmetics of any used appliances only function.
